It has passed 20 successful years, years during which knowledge, experience and know-how has been collected and grown which were supported and by the proper selection and creation of a team full of initiative and professional power.
“DIO R & R “Ltd. Has been the successor of the sole-trader “ DIO – R. Rashevsky “, the last established back in 1992. Initially the founder company has been represented by the prospective and positive practices and knowledge of its founder based on the deep knowledge of financial – administrative skills and consultations, focused into the support of the private business in such a way to protect and provide solid financial background and information.
At the present time with the development of the skills and the knowledge with the passing of the years we are able to extend our initial expertise with the provision of administrative management services, as well as tax – economical consultation and accounting practice which is following the changes day to day of the statute law.
Never the less extend has been grown with the freely communication in foreign language represented by the next generation of the successor of the initially established company. With the new generation the scope has been extended into the provision of accounting and financial reports to the IFRS standards, in such a way that they are in support to the client.
The company has a large and well established network of clients, which for privacy reasons cannot be disclosed, but our clients are well established and leading companies on the Bulgarian market, with more than 15 years of work experience. With a proud we can share the information that for the whole time range since the initial company has been established and after that with its successor, there has been
NOT a single imposed tax report against a single company / person leaded by inappropriate statute law interpretations’. We believe that the proper implementation and creation of modern and market appropriate management hierarchy combined with the up-to-date statute laws is a key point for the proper development of the company and the provision of market preconditions for the development of the business.
